Separate tapes from media for return shipping - Selecting this option will result in 2 return shipments (and will increase the return shipping cost accordingly.) 1 box will contain your original tapes, the other your new media (DVD's, external hard drive, etc...). You can think of this as a kind of insurance policy. In the event that 1 box is lost in shipping, there will still be another box with a copy of your video. For example, if the box containing your tapes is lost, the other box with your DVD's will (presumably) still arrive as scheduled, or vice versa. Whether or not you believe this is a necessary precaution is entirely up to you. It should be noted that none of our return shipments has ever been permanently lost.
